Louis Ennison is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Practitioner with over a decade of experience in financial services, SME advisory, and microfinance operations. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Uptima Credit and Microfinance House Ltd, where he has successfully led the organization’s turnaround from financial distress to profitability.

Under his leadership, Uptima Credit has grown its capital base and loan portfolio, strengthened risk management and regulatory compliance, and expanded access to finance for underserved SMEs and rural businesses. He brings deep expertise in financial strategy, credit risk management, institutional governance, and regulatory compliance.

Louis Ennison is a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and an member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG). He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) to further enhance his contribution to corporate governance and board oversight. Passionate about sustainable financial inclusion, he is committed to building resilient, well-governed financial institutions.
